1. Greet and welcome customers to the Starbucks area of Ralphs store.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
3. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including hot and cold drinks, according to customer preferences and company standards.
4. Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for customers by maintaining a clean and organized work area.
5. Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, blenders, and grinders.
6. Ensure the quality and consistency of all coffee beverages by following recipe guidelines and using proper techniques.
7. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
8. Upsell and promote additional products and menu items to customers.
9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Starbucks area.
10. Continuously expand knowledge of coffee products, brewing methods, and company policies and procedures.
11. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
12. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to resolve any issues or complaints.
13. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
14. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by treating all team members and customers with respect and kindness.
15. Represent Ralphs and the Starbucks brand in a positive and professional manner.
