- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Ensure all beverages are made to company standards and customer preferences
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking the time to understand their preferences and needs
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns
- Educate customers on our products and promote new offerings and promotions
- Work collaboratively with team members to efficiently and effectively handle high-volume orders and maintain a positive work environment
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Continuously learn about new products and techniques to enhance the customer experience
- Represent the Starbucks brand and uphold its standards of quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
Previous Barista Experience: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working As A Barista, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment Such As A Coffee Shop Or Café.
Knowledge Of Coffee And Beverage Preparation: A Strong Understanding Of Different Coffee Brewing Methods And Beverage Preparation Techniques Is Essential For This Role.
Customer Service Skills: A Friendly And Outgoing Personality, Along With Excellent Customer Service Skills, Is Crucial For Creating A Positive Experience For Guests.
Ability To Work In A Team: The Ability To Work Well With Others And Communicate Effectively Is Important For Maintaining A Smooth And Efficient Workflow In A Busy Coffee Shop Environment.
