Job Description

Perform real-time quality-assurance monitoring of telephone interviewers by observing interviewer coding of responses on screen and listening to the interview through headphones. Document interviewer adherence to project-specific and SRG standard protocols, and provide feedback to interviewer. Assist Lead Specialist with a range of TSC operations tasks including answering project lines and answering callers' questions, technical tasks using CATI software management tools, testing survey instruments, training and mentoring new interviewers. May assume lead role at the beginning or end of the work day or on weekends, including directing the work of interviewers, performing technical tasks, and resolving problems. Conduct tracking and locating of survey respondents using standard and project-specific protocols including Internet searches, Lexis-Nexis look-ups, and social media. Conduct computer-assisted telephone interviews (CATI) on a range of projects

Job Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish).

  • At least 6 months relevant experience required.

  • Prior experience in telephone interviewing in survey, social science or policy research required.

  • Must be able to work some evening and weekend shifts.
