Executes business plans, Earned Value (EV) calculations and data deliverables for Program Management. Analyzes program metrics and status to develop business plans and proposals. Assists in developing accurate program estimates to monitor EV performance. Monitors progress of program against plans, EV targets, and other metrics using control and reporting systems. Collects data and analysis in support of the business plans, proposal work statements, operating budgets, specifications and financial conditions of contracts. Coordinates customer action item responses to meet customer program objectives.
