- Oversee the overall operations of the supply chain, including planning, procurement, and logistics, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet project timelines.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement best practices to continuously improve supply chain processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to supply chain management.
- Work closely with other departments, such as finance and engineering, to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational excellence.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management Or Procurement, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
Extensive Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Strategic Sourcing, Inventory Management, And Supplier Relationship Management.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Suppliers.
