Quality Training Manager

Develops and drives establishment of standardized curriculum for production associates in Quality. Develops mod center assessment method for gaps to standard capabilities, and work with local resources by Mod Center to mitigate (standard work). Leads the development and creation of norms for production training, such as course length, delivery methods, instructor preparedness, etc. Ensures working norms put in place for development of future offerings consistent with those in place for salaried training today at P&W. Standardizes approach to community college and third-party training agreements, arrangements and instruction onsite at our facilities (establish standard work in this area for module centers to follow and direct their use of these resources for learning). Encourages infrastructure development, curriculum repository and strawman tools for proficiency and training tracking in production environments (consistent forms and methods) for Training Coordinators use.
