- Develop and implement efficient and effective manufacturing processes for our products.
- Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to design new processes and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process designs meet production and quality standards.
- Conduct experiments and trials to test and validate new processes.
- Monitor and evaluate process performance, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
- Identify and troubleshoot any process-related issues or inefficiencies.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on new processes and equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technologies to continuously improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all process designs.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Or Chemical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Process Improvement Methodologies Such As Lean Six Sigma.
Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Projects.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze And Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues.
