  1. Perform thorough testing and analysis of software products to ensure they meet high-quality standards and customer requirements.
  2. Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts to cover all aspects of software functionality.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects and issues.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improving software reliability and performance.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new testing methodologies to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  6. Work closely with software developers to understand technical specifications and provide feedback on potential quality issues.
  7. Conduct automated and manual testing of software products, including but not limited to functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  8. Document and report test results and communicate any critical issues to the development team and project stakeholders.
  9. Participate in code reviews and provide input on design and code changes to ensure software quality.
  10. Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and timelines for testing activities.
  11. Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives and help drive a culture of quality and excellence within the team.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members on software testing best practices and techniques.
  13. Participate in customer meetings and provide technical support and expertise as needed.
  14. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to software quality assurance.
  15. Identify and recommend tools and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Software Quality Assurance Or Testing.

  • Experience With Automated Testing Tools And Frameworks.

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
