Internal Audit Manager

At Reckitt Benckiser Group, we are looking for an Internal Audit Manager who can bring energy, enthusiasm, and expertise to our team. As the Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a risk-based audit plan, as well as providing continued improvement to our internal control environment. You will also be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of professionals, ensuring the highest quality of work, and ensuring that the audit teams are working in line with our internal audit policies.To be successful in this role, you should have a relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or auditing, and CPA/CIA/CISA/CFE certification is a plus. You should also have at least 5 years of internal audit experience, preferably with experience in a multi-national organization. You must have excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working with senior management and external stakeholders. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of audit processes, risk management, and internal controls.
