  1. Oversee all aspects of arena operations for Red Bull events, including but not limited to event planning, budget management, and staff coordination.
  2. Manage and lead a team of staff, ensuring effective communication, training, and performance evaluations.
  3. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary equipment, services, and resources for events.
  4. Ensure the safety and satisfaction of event guests by implementing and enforcing all necessary protocols, procedures, and regulations.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including event partners, sponsors, and local authorities.
  6. Create and maintain event schedules, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all events are executed within established parameters.
  7. Identify potential risks and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during events, taking swift and effective action to resolve them.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and ticketing, to ensure seamless event operations and a cohesive brand image.
  9. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to sports and event management.
  10. Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes for future events.
  11. Communicate and uphold the values and brand image of Red Bull at all times.
  12. Manage event logistics, including but not limited to transportation, parking, and security.
  13. Adhere to all legal and safety regulations, including health and safety standards, during events.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among staff members.
  15. Other duties as assigned by the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Sports Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
