Provide analytical support of business and marketing goals, assisting the GM with up-to-date situational analysis - identifying drivers and detractors improving regional success. Provide qualitative analytic support on projects requiring financial or data analysis. Evaluate proper allocation of resources across departments and recommend solutions that increase profitability. Collect and review month end accruals with the Marketing teams. Provide presentation design support to the GM (either own or through agency). Support GM with certain administrative tasks, such as expense reporting and scheduling maintenance. Develop improvements to Regional Business Planning processes, driving collaboration across departments. Help identify performance gaps within Region and recommend solutions to increase efficiencies and effect. Partner with project leads of Region projects to provide regular summaries on project statuses, timelines and resource needs to GM.
