  1. Develop and implement creative and effective marketing strategies to promote Red Bull and its athletes within the sports industry.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with top athletes, their agents, and other industry contacts to identify and secure potential partnerships and collaborations.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for athletes, providing them with support, guidance, and resources to help elevate their careers and achieve their goals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute engaging and impactful campaigns that align with Red Bull's brand and message.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the sports industry, and use this information to inform marketing strategies.
  6. Manage the budget and resources allocated for athlete marketing, ensuring that all activities are within budget and delivering maximum ROI.
  7. Monitor and analyze the success of marketing campaigns, using data and insights to continuously improve and optimize future strategies.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry news, events, and developments, and proactively identify potential partnerships and opportunities for Red Bull and its athletes.
  9. Represent Red Bull at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums, acting as a brand ambassador and networking with key stakeholders.
  10. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Campaigns For Athletes, Preferably In The Sports Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Athletes, Agents, And Other Industry Professionals.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Driving Results.
