- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of culture marketing strategies with overall brand objectives.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key cultural communities and their interests, and develop targeted marketing approaches to engage and connect with them.
- Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of culture marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective delivery within allocated resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key cultural influencers, partners, and organizations to expand Red Bull's reach and impact within the cultural landscape.
- Monitor and measure the success of culture marketing initiatives, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Continuously evaluate and refine strategies to drive brand engagement and loyalty within cultural communities.
- Remain knowledgeable of industry best practices and emerging trends in culture marketing, and incorporate them into Red Bull's strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for Red Bull's culture and values, both internally and externally.
- Represent Red Bull at industry events and conferences to promote the brand's culture marketing initiatives and successes.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to align culture marketing strategies with the overall brand vision and business goals.
Extensive Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Cultural Marketing Strategies For A Global Brand.
