Job Description

Evaluate, integrate, and maintain end-user technology applications used to manage, laptops, desktops, mobile devices and virtual applications. Design, implement and support end-user facing Workplace Technology solutions. Organize system documentation for engineering and support teams. Maintain healthy working relationships with the IT Infrastructure, User Support, Enterprise Solutions and Project Management teams. Provide customer satisfaction, adoption and enthusiasm for Workplace Services solutions. Be the technical lead on warehouse workplace technology solutions. Be viewed both locally and globally as a knowledgeable and reliable technical resource across all Workplace Services technologies.

Job Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience in associated business segments and technologies.

  • Operating System (Client), Application and User Experience Solutions

  • Experience in deploying, managing, optimizing & supporting Windows 10 client operating systems

  • Experience in deploying, managing, optimizing & supporting Mac OS client operating systems

  • Active Directory

  • JAMF Pro

  • Time Management Skills

  • Endpoint Management (Client + Mobile Device)
