- Design and manage Red Hat's benefits programs, ensuring they align with company values and meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify industry best practices and make recommendations for improving our benefits offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with benefit vendors and partners to ensure cost-effective and high-quality benefit options for employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and legal, to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor benefit trends and provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on employee benefits and provide guidance and support to HR and management.
- Manage benefit enrollment and communicate benefit changes and updates to employees.
- Oversee the administration of employee leave programs, including FMLA and disability.
- Assist with the communication and education of benefits programs to employees, ensuring they are aware of their options and understand the value of their benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits and ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our benefits offerings.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to promote our benefits package as a competitive advantage in attracting and retaining top talent.
- Participate in the annual benefits renewal process, including negotiating rates with vendors and analyzing cost data.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns related to employee benefits, and work to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive company culture by fostering a sense of community and promoting employee wellbeing through our benefits programs.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration Or A Similar Role
Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Including But Not Limited To Fmla, Ada, And Cobra
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations For Improvement
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Benefit Information To Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
