
Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager, Talent Acquisition
Consult with internal TA teams and business groups on best practices to attract diverse talent. Develop and maintain solid relationships and strategic connections with HR partners, diversity and inclusion communities, and key business stakeholders. Assist with implementing internal systems and process improvements that support inclusive practices throughout the talent life cycle. Develop innovative and integrated solutions to source diverse talent. Guide continuous improvement in hiring practices for optimal outcomes. Develop the diversity and inclusion event strategy in partnership with the event lead, managing relationships with key external organizations. Advise and consult with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leaders on the external landscape for diverse talent and candidate pool and brand perception. Stay up-to-date on innovative developments in workforce and workplace diversity, recruitment tools and best practices; identify ways in which the TA team can best apply these recruiting and networking resources.
6+ years experience working in a recruiting operations, workforce planning or management
Subject matter expertise in affirmative action plans (AAPs)
Experience analyzing complex data sets and creating behavioral interventions to support changing outcomes
Proven ability to operate with a high-level of focus on scalability while being open to diverse perspectives and global awareness
