  1. Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot any IT-related issues.
  2. Collaborate with experienced engineers to learn new skills and contribute to projects.
  3. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
  4. Monitor and document system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Support and maintain hardware and software for end-users.
  6. Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware components.
  7. Assist in the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to understand and address IT needs.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IT.
  10. Document and track all support and maintenance activities.
  11. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and applications.
  12. Conduct research and recommend solutions to improve IT operations.
  13. Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate protocols.
  14. Participate in project planning and execution.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

  • Knowledge Of Computer Hardware And Software Systems: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Computer Hardware Components, Operating Systems, And Software Programs To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
