Red Hat is looking for a highly organized and passionate Partner Account Manager to join our team and help drive our partner relationships to success. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a comprehensive understanding of the partner lifecycle and proven ability to build relationships with partners and identify opportunities to grow the company's partner network. The Partner Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Red Hat’s strategic partners, managing the partner lifecycle from onboarding to execution, and working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful partner engagements.To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of partner account management experience, a strong background in sales and marketing, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and juggle multiple responsibilities, and be an effective negotiator. The Partner Account Manager should also possess an entrepreneurial spirit, have the ability to think strategically and be highly motivated to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with Red Hat’s strategic partners
