- Develop and implement program management strategies and plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of programs and projects.
- Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor and track progress of programs and projects, identifying and resolving any issues or roadblocks.
- Develop and maintain project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Communicate and report program status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of program management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve program management processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Contribute to the development of program management methodologies and standards within the organization.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Or Program Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams.
Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Experience Implementing Them In Project Management.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field. A Master's Degree Is Preferred.
