Job Description

Do you have a passion for seafood and leading a team? Red Lobster is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of restaurant management experience, be passionate about guest service, and be able to ensure team members are well-trained and motivated. We are looking for someone who will take ownership of the restaurant and create an enjoyable and inviting atmosphere for both guests and team members. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Red Lobster's menu items, ingredients, and processes.
  2. Ensure team members are well-trained and properly motivated to deliver outstanding guest service.
  3. Monitor and maintain restaurant operational standards, including food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
  4. Create and maintain an inviting atmosphere for both guests and team members.
  5. Lead and manage a team of staff members to achieve daily goals and objectives.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  7. Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback and training as needed.
  9. Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, ordering, bookkeeping, and payroll.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
