Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Red Lobster's menu items, ingredients, and processes.
- Ensure team members are well-trained and properly motivated to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Monitor and maintain restaurant operational standards, including food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Create and maintain an inviting atmosphere for both guests and team members.
- Lead and manage a team of staff members to achieve daily goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback and training as needed.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, ordering, bookkeeping, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
