Operation Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team at Redfin. This is a full-time position that calls for a leader with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to motivate a team. Our Operations Manager will oversee our day-to-day operations and report directly to the executive team.As the ideal candidate, you will bring a combination of strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and outstanding communication abilities to help us reach our goals. To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of how our operations and processes influence our success.To qualify for this role, you must have at least five years of experience managing operations or a similar role. A Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. You should also have a proven track record in leading teams and delivering results. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are essential, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure.
