UX Designer

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced UX Designer to join our team at Redfin. You’ll be part of a team that creates delightful user experiences for our customers, with the aim of creating a seamless experience across all our products. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for user experience, we want to hear from you!In this role, you’ll be responsible for understanding user needs, developing user stories, and designing wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure each product experience is intuitive and easy to use.We’re looking for someone with:• Significant experience (3+ years) in UX design, with a portfolio that demonstrates a mastery of user-centered design principles• A degree in design, HCI or related field• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills• Proficiency in design tools, such as Sketch and InVision• Knowledge of user research methodsIf this sounds like the perfect role for you, we’d love to hear from you!
