As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our systems and processes to support our mission of providing efficient and reliable transportation services to our community.   1. Conduct thorough analyses of current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's mission, goals, and processes in order to make informed recommendations.
  4. Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to identify and solve complex business problems.
  5. Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  6. Identify and anticipate potential risks and issues and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them.
  7. Continuously monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to make recommendations for process and system enhancements.
  9. Provide training and support to team members and end-users on new processes and systems.
  10. Collaborate with IT team members to ensure seamless integration and implementation of new systems and processes.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, procedures, and system changes.
  12. Participate in meetings and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  13. Act as a liaison between IT and other departments to ensure alignment and understanding of business needs and priorities.
  14. Adhere to project timelines and budgets and effectively communicate any delays or roadblocks.
  15. Continuously strive for process improvement and innovation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Business Analysis, Preferably In The Transportation Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Gather And Interpret Data To Make Informed Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Industry-Standard Software And Systems, Such As Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Tools, And Data Analysis Software.
