  5. Monitor vendor compliance with contractual agreements and service level agreements.

  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of vendor interactions, contracts, and performance metrics.
  10. Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and products.
  11. Manage vendor performance reviews and provide feedback to vendors on areas of improvement.
  12. Handle escalations and resolve conflicts with vendors in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Train and mentor team members on vendor management processes and procedures.
  14. Monitor and report on vendor expenses, ensuring budget compliance.
  15. Continuously evaluate and optimize vendor management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Vendor Management, Preferably In The Transportation Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of It Systems And Infrastructure, Including Hardware, Software, And Networking.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Vendors.

  • Experience Managing Contracts, Budgets, And Performance Metrics To Ensure Vendor Compliance And Cost-Effectiveness.
