Strong Leadership Skills: This Position Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Technicians And Other Personnel Responsible For The Maintenance And Repair Of Overhead Catenary Systems. The Senior Supervisor Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate Goals, Delegate Tasks, And Provide Guidance And Support To Team Members.
