Job Description

At Regions Financial Co., we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst - Treasury to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about finding solutions to complex problems and is eager to utilize their expertise to help our organization succeed.The Business Intelligence Analyst - Treasury will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality Treasury reporting, analytics, and insights. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Treasury operations, experience in data analysis, and a strong aptitude for problem-solving.We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail, is an excellent communicator, and has a collaborative attitude. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and project management skills and is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated and has a passion for data analytics.The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field• At least 3 years of experience in a business intelligence, analytics, or treasury role• Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools• Knowledge and proficiency in SQL• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamIf you are an experienced and driven individual looking for an exciting opportunity to join our team, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver high-quality Treasury reporting, analytics, and insights.
  2. Utilize expertise to help the organization succeed.
  3. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and potential issues.
  4. Develop data models for forecasting and simulations.
  5. Develop and maintain processes and procedures for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  6. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and quality.
  7. Design and implement dashboards and visualizations for business intelligence.
  8. Prepare and present reports and insights to stakeholders.
  9. Develop strategies to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
