Business Transformation Project Manager

- Lead end-to-end project management for transformation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement, define project scope and objectives, and develop project plans.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or roadblocks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, team members, and vendors.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to effectively manage and track project progress.
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders and provide recommendations for action.

In-Depth Knowledge Of Transformational Change Management Methodologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Change Management Methodologies, Such As Agile, Lean, And Six Sigma, And How To Apply Them To Drive Successful Business Transformation.
Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Business Transformation Initiatives: Candidates Should Have A Demonstrated History Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Transformation Projects Within The Financial Industry. This Includes Driving Organizational Change, Process Improvement, And Technology Implementation.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Business Transformation Project Manager Must Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Develop And Execute Project Plans, Manage Budgets And Timelines, And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Financial Industry Experience: Experience Within The Financial Industry, And Specifically In Banking, Is Highly Desirable For This Role.
