Job Description

At Regions Financial Co., we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Cloud Security Engineer to help us maintain the security and integrity of our cloud-based systems and services. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day security of our cloud-based services and platforms, as well as designing and implementing best practices for our cloud security. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud security, a strong technical understanding of cloud-based systems, and the ability to think critically when facing security challenges. Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess the security of cloud-based systems and services on a daily basis.
  • Design and implement best practices for cloud security.
  • Analyze existing cloud security policies and recommend changes as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud security threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Provide technical guidance to cloud security team members.
  • Develop and review security plans and documentations.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents.
  • Troubleshoot security issues and develop solutions.
  • Plan and conduct security audits.
  • Create and maintain security logs and reports.
