- Coordinate and manage all aspects of commercial real estate closings, ensuring that all necessary documents and paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in the closing process to gather necessary information and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and financial data to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of real estate laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on any changes that may affect the closing process.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as underwriters and loan officers, to ensure all requirements are met and closing deadlines are met.
- Prepare and organize closing documents, including deeds, mortgages, and title insurance policies.
- Conduct title searches and review title reports to identify any potential issues that may affect the closing.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between all parties involved in the closing process, including lenders, attorneys, and title companies.
- Ensure all closing documents are properly executed and notarized.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all closing transactions.
- Address any post-closing issues or concerns that may arise.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering any questions or concerns they may have throughout the closing process.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to streamline the closing process.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Work efficiently and effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Real Estate Closing Or Related Field
Strong Knowledge Of Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Contracts, And Legal Documentation
Excellent Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail
