Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, internet, and mobile banking.
  2. Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  5. Remain up to date on banking products and processes and provide accurate information.
  6. Provide a positive customer experience at all times.
  7. Resolve customer complaints and disputes.
  8. Maintain customer records and ensure confidentiality of customer information.
  9. Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management for improvements.
  10. Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures.
