- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to the industry and provide recommendations for necessary updates to compliance policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance standards.
- Investigate any potential compliance violations and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve any issues.
- Create and maintain a system for tracking and reporting compliance-related data, including violations, corrective actions, and training records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and respond to any inquiries or requests for information.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improving compliance practices and processes.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's compliance program.
- Educate and advise employees on compliance requirements and provide guidance on ethical decision-making.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new compliance policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on the company’s compliance status and progress.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance matters and provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.
- Foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization through training, communication, and leading by example.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Corporate Compliance, Risk Management, Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Compliance Laws And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Anti-Money Laundering, Consumer Protection, And Privacy Laws.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Compliance Risks.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Communicate With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management And Regulatory Agencies.
