  1. Oversee and manage the facilities of Regions Financial Co.'s large and diverse real estate portfolio.
  2. Ensure all facilities are well-maintained, functional, and in compliance with safety and building codes.
  3. Develop and implement strategic plans for efficient and cost-effective management of facilities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any facility-related issues.
  5. Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential maintenance or repair needs.
  6. Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of workspaces.
  7. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for facility services and supplies.
