
Digital User Experience (UX) Researcher

- Conduct user research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences in order to inform the design and development of digital platforms.
- Identify user pain points: Use research methods such as user testing, surveys, and interviews to identify areas of improvement and user pain points within our digital platforms.
- Analyze and interpret data: Analyze research findings and data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform the development of user-centric solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure that user research is integrated into the design and development process and aligns with business goals.
- Develop personas and user journeys: Create user personas and journey maps to help cross-functional teams understand and empathize with user needs and behaviors.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and apply them to continuously improve the user experience of our digital platforms.
- Communicate research findings: Present research findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner, advocating for the user and their needs.
- Conduct usability testing: Plan, execute, and analyze usability testing sessions to gather feedback on digital platforms and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive user-centric design decisions: Use research insights to inform design decisions and advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
- Continuously improve the user experience: Monitor and track the impact of design changes on user experience and make recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Psychology, Or A Related Field
Proven Experience Conducting User Research And Usability Testing For Digital Products And Services
Strong Understanding Of Ux Research Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques, Such As Surveys, Interviews, And Usability Studies
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Research Findings And Recommendations To Cross-Functional Teams
Knowledge Of Financial Industry And Digital Banking Trends, With The Ability To Apply User Insights To Improve The Overall User Experience Of Regions Financial Co.'s Digital Products And Services
