In this role you will have the opportunity to develop and implement HR strategies for our Emerging Talent Program. You will ensure that our program is meeting the needs of our team members and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the field. To be successful in this role, you should have knowledge of HR processes, be highly organized, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, at least two years of experience in a similar role, and experience with HR software. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies for the Emerging Talent Program.
  2. Monitor the program to ensure it is meeting the needs of team members and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the field.
  3. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Liaise with other departments to coordinate activities related to the program.
  5. Provide guidance and advice to employees regarding their career development.
  6. Analyze data and provide reports to management on the progress of the program.
  7. Create and maintain HR software to support the program.
  8. Develop training materials and provide training to team members.
  9. Assist in the recruitment and selection of new team members.
  10. Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives.
