- Serve as the main point of contact for all HR technology platforms, including but not limited to, HRIS, performance management, talent acquisition, and learning management systems.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the best HR technology solutions for the company's needs.
- Collaborate with HR leaders and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize HR processes.
- Lead the implementation of new HR technology systems and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for all HR technology platforms, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in HR technology, and make recommendations for new systems or updates to existing ones.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees are proficient in utilizing HR technology systems.
- Work closely with the data analytics team to gather and analyze data from HR technology systems, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Proactively identify and address potential system or process issues, and work with IT to resolve any technical problems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all HR technology processes and procedures.
- Act as a strategic partner to HR leaders, providing guidance and support on how to best utilize HR technology to achieve business goals.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and enhance the employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR technology and data management.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR technology platforms, making recommendations for enhancements or replacements as needed.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Implementing, Configuring, And Supporting Hr Technology Systems.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes, Policies, And Regulations.
Experience With Hr Technology Systems Such As Workday, Sap, Oracle, Etc.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Support End-Users.
