Information Technology Project/Program Manager

7. Monitor and report on project performance, making recommendations for process or system improvements.
8. Lead regular project team meetings and ensure that team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
9. Monitor and resolve conflicts between project team members.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging technologies, and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
