
Technology Services Help Desk Technician
At Regions Financial Co., we are looking for an experienced, tech-savvy Help Desk Technician to join our Technology Services team. This individual will be responsible for providing frontline technical support to our internal business users across multiple locations. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with experience in help desk operations and customer service. We are searching for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual who possesses excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate must also have the ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:
• Provide frontline technical support to internal business users across multiple locations • Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner • Monitor and respond to system alerts • Work with other staff members to develop and implement technical solutions • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of technical applications, systems, and procedures • Track and document customer inquiries and resolutions in a help desk database • Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on computer systems • Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies
