
Technology Services Help Desk Technician
Regions Financial Co. is seeking an experienced Technology Services Help Desk Technician to join our team. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and technical support. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, possess an advanced understanding of Windows operating systems, and have the ability to communicate technical information in a concise and understandable manner. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a Help Desk environment, with a strong background in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10, and Windows Server. Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related network services, as well as experience with customer relationship management software and remote management platforms, is highly desirable. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and customer service to internal customers/clients.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related network services.
- Maintain customer relationship management software and remote management platforms.
- Monitor help desk queues and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Research and recommend solutions to technical issues.
- Assist in the deployment of new technologies and the maintenance and upgrade of existing systems.
- Document all customer service interactions and technical resolutions.
- Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and developments.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor with customers.
