Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Reiss London store. This role is perfect for a strong leader who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of one of the world’s most dynamic fashion retailers. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in retail management, with an in-depth knowledge of fashion and current trends. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer service levels, maximize sales and ensure profitability.
  2. Motivate and lead store teams to consistently deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  3. Monitor and analyse store performance, stock and customer feedback to ensure store objectives are met.
  4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
  5. Create and manage store budgets and ensure store expenses are kept within budget.
  6. Ensure all store personnel are trained and knowledgeable in the latest product and service offerings.
  7. Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  8. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends and ensure the store reflects the brand’s image.
