Concession Manager

Reiss London is looking for an experienced Concession Manager to join our team! As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of managing a Reiss Concession within an existing store. This role requires a passionate, organized, and proactive individual who is able to build relationships with store teams and provide excellent customer service in order to drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, be a natural leader, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive sales.
2. Lead, manage, and motivate staff to ensure customer service excellence.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
4. Monitor stock levels and stock availability, and take initiatives to ensure shelves are adequately stocked at all times.
5. Maintain a high standard of store appearance and presentation.
6. Monitor and act on customer feedback.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with store teams and other stakeholders.
8. Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
9. Adhere to all internal and external Policies and Procedures.
10. Undertake any other duties as required.
