Concession Manager

Reiss London is looking for an experienced and passionate Concession Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational and customer service skills, who is excited to join our high performing team and help create an exceptional customer experience. 1. Lead a team of concession staff, providing training, guidance, and support.
2. Monitor and ensure that customer service standards are met and maintained.

4. Oversee stock control and merchandising activities in the concession.
5. Lead and motivate the team to ensure that sales targets are met.
6. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
7. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
8. Analyze and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
9. Monitor concession staff performance and provide feedback.
10. Implement health and safety regulations and ensure they are adhered to.
