Stock Assistant

Reiss London is looking for a Stock Assistant to join our team! We’re looking for an organized, customer-focused individual to help maintain the highest levels of store presentation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and customer service skills. The successful candidate needs to have at least two years of experience in a retail environment, an enthusiastic and proactive approach, and a strong problem-solving ability. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain store presentation standards to the highest level and ensure that merchandise is displayed neatly and attractively
2. Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers receive the best possible shopping experience
3. Respond to customer queries, complaints, and questions in a timely and efficient manner
4. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store manager to ensure that shelves are adequately stocked with merchandise
5. Take inventory of stock and maintain accurate records of all stock movements
6. Process returns and exchanges as required
7. Assist with visual merchandising displays and create promotional displays
8. Support with general admin tasks such as filing and data entry
9. Assist with unloading and organizing deliveries
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures
