Stock Assistant

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Assistant to join the team at Reiss London! As a Stock Assistant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the store is stocked with the correct quantity and quality of merchandise. You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role, ideally within fashion retail. You’ll also need to be numerate and have a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:

1. Ensure store is stocked with the correct quantity and quality of merchandise.
2. Build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
3. Track and monitor stock levels and replenish when necessary.
4. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, deliveries and orders.
5. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
6. Monitor inventory levels to identify potential discrepancies or losses.
7. Manage stock management systems and ensure data is accurate and up to date.
8. Ensure stockroom is kept clean and organized.
9. Assist with stock-taking duties and activities.
10. Prepare orders for dispatch and ensure they are packed correctly.
11. Assist customers with queries and provide excellent customer service.
