Stock Assistant

Reiss London is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Stock Assistant to join our team! We're looking for an individual who is organised and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a great eye for detail, and a genuine interest in the retail industry.To be successful in this role, you should have previous retail experience and a strong understanding of stock management and visual merchandising. You must also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. You should be comfortable with using computers and be able to lift and move stock safely.We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion and will be a great addition to our team!

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and monitor stock movements.
2. Receive, unpack, check and store incoming stock.
3. Organize and manage the stockroom and ensure all items are labeled correctly.
4. Assist with stock takes and stock counts.
5. Assist with the maintenance and replenishment of shop floor stock.
6. Assist with visual merchandising and creating attractive displays.
7. Assist customers with their enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
8. Ensure the store is kept clean and tidy at all times.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
10. Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
