Job Description

At Relx, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Customer Support Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing first-class customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to problem solve and think on their feet. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay organized. Prior customer service experience is preferred, as is a strong understanding of the products we offer.In this role, the Customer Support Representative will be the face of Relx, providing exceptional service to our customers. They will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving any issues, and helping to ensure a positive customer experience.
