Call Center Appointment Setter - (Open NJ residents ONLY) Renewal by Andersen (Midwest & Metro)

This position plays an integral role within our Inside Sales team and overall strength of our company. This role would be a work from home position with a 3 week, in-person training in our Cranford New Jersey office. All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Daily Responsibilities:

• Dial out to 25-30 homeowners per hour via telephone while tending to heavy inbound call flow for homeowners who have contacted is via traditional/non-traditional marketing avenues
• Document and track all set appointments accurately so all future customer demonstration and price activity is at company standards
• Comfortable managing high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily

Position Expectations:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 4+ years of Customer Service experience. Previous call center experience a plus but not required.
• Customer service experience with up-selling as a key component
• Ability to work varying shifts, along with weekend availability.
• Position is currently a hybrid position - training will take place in our Cranford, New Jersey office!

Schedule: Must be able to work some morning and night shifts, and one weekend shift every week. Must have the ability to work until 10:30pm at least ONCE a week. Days off will not be consecutive. Must be available to work during operating hours: Monday-Friday: 7:50am-10:30pm, Weekends--8:50am-8pm
