Community Health Worker

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality healthcare to underserved populations and will be able to work collaboratively with a variety of healthcare professionals and community organizations. The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of community health resources and be able to serve as an advocate for our patients.Required qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in public health, social work, or a related field, as well as experience providing community health services.
