Director of Clinical Engineering

They will have a demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including clinicians, IT professionals, and vendors, and will be a strategic thinker with the ability to successfully execute on business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a culture of collaboration and innovation within the clinical engineering team.
2. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinical engineering department.
3. Ensure the quality of service delivery to customers.
4. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
5. Work with a wide range of stakeholders, including clinicians, IT professionals, and vendors, to ensure the successful execution of business objectives.
6. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment.
7. Analyze data and troubleshoot issues with medical equipment.
8. Train and mentor staff to ensure high levels of performance.
9. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the clinical engineering team.
10. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the department.
