1. Provide phlebotomy services to patients in a professional and accurate manner.
2. Follow all laboratory procedures and protocols.
3. Maintain patient confidentiality.
4. Communicate effectively with patients and staff.
5. Ensure accuracy in all aspects of work.
6. Handle blood specimens and other samples safely.
7. Document patient information and results accurately.
8. Maintain equipment and supplies in a clean and orderly manner.
9. Keep accurate records of all laboratory tests.
10. Assist with other duties as assigned.
