Responsibilities:

1. Assist physicians and other health care professionals in providing medical care to patients.
2. Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
4. Answer phone calls and provide patient information as needed.
5. Prepare patient rooms and equipment for medical procedures.
6. Assist with medical procedures as needed.
7. Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing.
8. Administer medications as directed by physicians.
9. Provide patient education regarding prescribed medications and treatments.
10. Monitor patient progress and report any changes to physicians.
11. Provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive patient experience.
12. Adhere to all relevant safety regulations.
13. Maintain a working knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures.
14. Ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations.
15. Remain up to date with best practices in the medical field.
